Welcome to Bamboo-Fusion® Massage CE Illinois (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at bamboomassageceil.com (“Site”) and the services, courses, and content provided through it. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a licensed, registered, or certified massage therapist (or currently enrolled in an approved massage therapy program) to enroll in our continuing education courses.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any registration at our sole discretion.

• Course access may be provided online, in person, or in hybrid format as specified in the course description.

3. NCBTMB Approved Provider

Bamboo-Fusion® is an Approved Provider with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). It is your responsibility to ensure that the continuing education credits offered meet your state or licensing board’s requirements. 4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Cancellations made [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days before the course start date may receive a full or partial refund.

• No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or the course has begun.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such cases, you will be offered a refund or option to transfer to another course.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, videos, documents, graphics, and trademarks on this Site are the intellectual property of Bamboo-Fusion® massage or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without express written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;

• Distribute viruses or other harmful software;
